Seon Ga 由廣州電子音樂人 Yu Hein 及長駐北京的美國製作人 thruoutin 組成，他們都是氛圍、Drone 音樂的忠實聽眾，二人從 2021 年開始用微信交流音樂創意。組合名稱取自粵語中「信鴿」一詞，寓意著建立當下處境與過去經歷之間聯繫的願景。

《Fixing Messages》是 Seon Ga 對合成器音色、磁帶採樣及田野錄音的精妙組合，聽起來就像一封來自記憶深藏處的聲音信件。其靈感來源於一戰中的「飛鴿傳書」——身處不同戰壕的士兵們會用信鴿來相互傳遞信息。Seon Ga 希望成為信使，就像這些鴿子一樣，將當下與過去聯繫在一起，喚起聽者在這個信息混亂時代下的情緒共鳴。
